Item Description

SCV $4.50 (2018). Pane of eight 18-kuna+9-kuna semi-postal stamps (and a label) depicting an Officer Instructing a Corpsman in MNH, VF condition. Black ink (from another stamp?) is seen on the back of the rightmost, middle stamp in the pane, otherwise no flaws noted. The pane is clean with no bent corners, the gum is immaculate & shiny (except for the stamp with ink on its back), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Surtax aided the state Labor Service (Drzavna Radna Sluzba). Engraved, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 12½
