Cyprus 1928 £1 blue & bistre brown (scott olive brown) 50th anniversary, sg 132, scott 123, vfu, cat £400($512).........Scott cat $400

Very fine used with excellent color, near perfect centering, with lovely light registered cancel very faint evidence of hinging on an otherwise very clean reverse side.

Scarce 1928 £1 blue & bistre brown (scott olive brown) 50th anniversary issue in very fine used condition. 

Condition notes for mint stamps
UMM = Unmounted Mint - never previously hinged (nh) mint stamps with no gum disturbance

VLMM = Very Lightly Mounted Mint - No hinge remainder but has very slight gum disturbance which may have been caused by a hinge.

LMM = Lightly Mounted mint clear evidence of having been previously mounted but light with full original gum

MM = Mounted Mint - clear evidence of having been mounted with hinge remainder(s) on back

Unused = No gum
