Scarce block of Turner 77-A, the $5 Delaware coat of arms revenue essay. Dark brown shade, sheet margin at left, numbered 33-40 on back. Not many of these out there; a showpiece item.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
