Item Description

Denmark (Danmark), Scott #528 (Facit #577), used (o), 1973, Church Frescoes, stamps shows a Mirculous Harvest, c.1474, from the Jetsmark Church near Pandrup in the northern part of the Judland Peninsula in southern Denmark, perforations: 12¾x12¾, recessed engraved by the renowned Polish-born, Sweden resident, Czeslaw Slania, no watermark, 70øre, tri-color: dark red, yellow, and green, Scott 2019 catalog value: 30¢. Nicely centered, light, quarter circular, black-inked, double-rimmed, socked-on-the-nose corner cancellation with some mailing details on the lower right corner and well clear of the main images, sound back, good perforations; centering and image free cancel warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
