This is a D.O.Blood & Co. - The "Henry Clay" Stamp - Forgery B - Black on Green.This is validated and identified using the "Lyons Books" on Carrier and Local forgeries. This was probably a genuine emission of the Blood's Post under Kochersperger's management. There is a diagonal crease at lower right.
