Item Description

This is a bulk lot of about 325+ Artcraft cacheted first day covers (airmail and general post) as well as another 20-plus non-Artcraft first day covers.  In addition, there are several small boxes filled with mostly U.S, used issues probably from the 1930s to 1950s --might be a newer issue here or there. Obviously there will be a lot of duplication, but most if not all damaged were discarded.  The cancellations are contemporary for the issue date. The images show the general progession as a large flat rate USPS Priority Mail box was neatly packed full of covers, small boxes of stamps, and a little packaging to prevent shifting.

There are some duplicate FDCs as well as singles, pairs, and blocks on the FDCs. Probably not a complete sequenced run. Please study the images for clarity, color, and condition.
