Item Description

This is the federal duck stamp now at auction. The stamp, which features Scaup ducks taking flight, is in nice condition with good all-around margins, but also has a couple of printing producting issues. The stamp is full original, lightly hinged gum with a couple of larger gum skips along the upper margin hinting this stamp might have originally been an upper margin sheet single in 1937.  In addition, there is a natural gum wrinkle just left of center as well as a possible light bend -- neither impair the beauty of the face of the $1 federal duck stamp. The stamp is clean and without any notations/markings or other imperfections (please see the images).
