Item Description

This is the later-19th Century mint hinged ALBEIT regummed 2-cent banknote stamp, which is for sale. The stamp is mint, but srms to have been thinned in a couple of spots and then regummed to cover the faults... or at least try to do so. Please study the images for clarity, condition, and centering.
