DUAL FDC originally produced for the 6c stamp issued in honor of the 300th anniversary of the founding of South Carolina, issued on September 12, 1970, in Charleston, South Carolina (Sc. 1407), and then cancelled as an FDC for the 25c stamp issued in Columbia, South Carolina, on May 23, 1988 in honor of the 200th anniversary of the ratification of the Constitution by the State of South Carolina (Sc. 2343).
