Estonia Scott C4-C6 Used LH - 1923 Tête-Bêche Pairs of #C1 Surcharged - Very fine and fresh. While the C6 does carry an Eichenthal expertizer mark on the back and the surcharges on all do appear to be genuine, Scott notes that "Forged surcharges...abound and that authentication is required."
