Item Description
First day of issue cover with a single stamp of Scott number 2506 , US stamp of Micronesia. All copies are still in the plastic covering they were placed in by the cancelling process. Postmark is Washington DC Sep 28, 1990. Name and address are in light pencil and can be erased if removed from the plastic. I chose to store them intact. Photo of the cover is representative of all covers I am intending to sell, the cancel bar strikes through the 25 on the bottom of the stamp.
