Condition:Nice, clean example of 1966 First Day of Issue of Scott #1310 5c stamp commemorating SIPEXOfficial Sixth International Philatelic Exhibition First Day Cover. Art Craft cachet with vignette of SIPEX logo and scenes of Washington, DC at top / "Official / SIPEX / First Day Cover / Authorized by Sixth International Philatelic Exhibition" at bottom. Open flap, rear, with flap gum undisturbed, in mint condition. Postmarked "WASHINGTON, D.C." at top with "MAY 21 1966" in center. Clean FDC postmark; does not obscure stamp in any way. Minimal, if any, discoloration. No creases, tears, or folds. Single stamp affixed. ArtCraft cachet. Front and rear of cover are clean.
