Fold-O-Hinge, Sealed Package

Thank you for looking and for your purchase!  FOLD-O-HINGES are much easier to use than hinges that are currently manufactured, and peeling the hinge will not damage your stamp or album.  These are no longer manufactured and are out of stock from all major philatelic supply houses.

FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.-- I cannot take responsibility for the U.S. Postal Service and for the postal service from other countries.  Two items:

1. Due to some recent issues with buyers "not receiving" shipments, for any non-U.S. shipment, if it is the first time that I have shipped to you, I will send you first an email through the HipStamp system and ask you to provide me your address, the way that you would address a letter to yourself. Sometimes, due to the way that the address is collected by HipStamp, it causes confusion to sellers and postal workers if the information that goes into the "State" field is included in the address, when it wouldn't normally be used in that country.

2. I will also ask you to confirm that you will accept the risk for the order I am shipping to you.  I will no longer offer refunds for orders lost in foreign mails.

I will pay for your postage if I made a mistake, and you pay postage if you want to return because you decide you don't want the item after you've received it. I will no longer accept the risk for orders lost in the mail to non-U.S. destinations, and will not refund the entire order and shipping for lost shipments.
