France 227-240 F-VF mint hinged with small hinge remains. 236 is signed twice. Under magnification there are two minute pieces of gum loss on 236 directly under the hinge remain, which barely detract. There is no paper thinning and, as they say for very minor defects, it is “mentioned for the record”. 2023 Scott $ 141.65 .——> Shipment by regular first class international mail is usually safe and reliable but is at BUYER’S RISK.
