France, Scott #1342, used (o), 1972, 20th Anniversary, of the Blood Donors Association of the French Post and Telecommunications Employees, stamp shows a Stylized Bouquet of Hearts, 40 centimes, red, engraved, perforated 13, Scott 2019 catalogue value: 25¢.  Nicely centered, double strike cancels, both light, black-inked, single-rimmed, circular, socked-on-the-nose cancellations, one at lower left corner and second at lower right side, and both largely clear of the central image, sound back, penciled identification marks, not Scott, on the back, good perforations; centering and cancellation warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
