France, Scott #140 used (o), 1903, Sower with lined background (semeuse lignée), 20 centimes, violet brown, Scott 2019 catalogue value: $1.40. Slightly off-centered, perforations clear frame on all four sides, three-quarter circular socked-on-the-nose cancellation over main image, sound back, penciled identification, not Scott, marks on back, diagonal paper occlusion at lower left corner when viewed from the back, two short perforations at bottom row, otherwise good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer; the stamps you see will be the ones you receive.

If you are ordering from the United States, there is only a $US0.55 added postage expense. Also, if you make additional purchases from my offerings, they can all go in one mailing at no extra shipping expense for the added purchases. I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
