France, Scott #649 (Yvert and Tellier #888), used, 1951, French Scenes: 2nd higher value issue of the Wandrille Abbey Cloister, 30 francs, engraved, perforated: 13, no watermark, bright blue, Scott 2019 catalog value: $3.25, very slightly off-centered, quarter circular, black-inked, single-rimmed, socked-on-the-nose corner cancellation with some mailing details at the lower right and largely clear of the central image, sound back, front cancellation shows through on the back, good perforations; centering and image free cancel warrants a selling price premium This is not a 'bait and switch;' the stamp you see is the stamp you will receive.

If you are ordering from the United States, there is only a $US0.60 added postage expense. I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
