Postal markings: Scott #36 tied by lozenge of dots #3997, black departure mark "TOURS (38) 5 E/4 FEVR. 70," red "LONDON /PAID/5 FE70" transit marking, red boxed "PD," red "2 CENTS," red arrival postmark "NEW YORK PAID ALL FEB.16," and (on reverse side) black transit "PARIS ETRANGER" marking.
