Please see scan - Cat value GBP 8.00

Please see scan and title.  I have checked watermark and for ovious flaws but have not done detailed study of the stamp. GV  Downey heads are difficult at times with many wtaermarks, shades and flaws. 

I have tried very hard to accurately describe the stamp but if you have any concern with my listing please let me know. I will replace or refund withour question.
