Gb 95th birthday - rm special issue "95" stamp pane with special hand-stamp 

Royal mail released a special pane of stamps, using designs previously issued, to commemorate the 95th birthday of queen elizabeth ii on 21st april 2021. the stamp pane was only made available to dealers and on a royal mail coin cover also issued on that date and will not be released as a mint pane, even though it includes a brand new stamp (1st class on gummed paper m21l).  i now offer this souvenir cover featuring this pane of stamps complete with special hand stamp as illustrated.
