German Weimar Deutsches Reich watermarked Germania - Imperial Post Office issue reissued for use in the rising inflation era. In the scarcer color (brown-lilac vs red), and with the scarce plate flaw PFII, missing the lower part of the flag rope at right, which occurred only in position 35 in the sheet. Unpriced as the combination of the better color and plateflaw. Expertized Infla Berlin reverse.
