'1941 Celebrating the 52nd birthday of Adolf Hitler. The surtax was for Hitler''s National Culture Fund(LOL). He was born on April 20 in 1889 in the Upper Austrian border town Braunau am Inn and located approximately 65 miles east of Munich and nearly 30 miles north of Salzburg. He was baptized a Catholic. His father was Alois Hitler (1837-1903) and was a mid-level customs official. The 25th November 1941 perfect propaganda postmark celebrates the extension of the Anti-Comintern Pact signed with the Empire of Japan on the 25th November 1936. Cover has centered vertical fold.
