Since it is being forwarded to the Reich Minister for Naitonal Enlightenment and Propaganda (that would be Goebbels), it is possible that this letter contained information against someone not thought to be part of the "new Germany." Here is the translation:
Your letter of July 20, 1938, addressed to the Fuhrer and Reich Chancellor, has been forwarded to the Reich Minister for National Enlightenment and Propaganda for further information. I would consider this to be very uncommon.
