Item is free from defects unless stated in description.  I use the following descriptions:

Mint Never Hinged (Mnh):   Never hinged Post Office fresh
Mint Lightly Hinged (Mlh):   Hinge mark but no hinge remnants
Mint Hinged (Mh):   Hinged with hinge remnants.
USED  Postally used unless noted otherwise.
