Germany WWII Censor Berlin & England PC90 #3938 from Netherlands to Jacob Steketee in Grand Rapids Michigan . Note: Backstamp Köln -- this city had a censorship office but the marking on the front indicates Berlin. There are also three small German rectangular censor markings: 370, 398 and 1896. Some of these can be quite scarce.
