Great Britain, Scott #MH391, listed 2009, used Machin on paper: Non-Value Indicated (NVI) 2nd class mail LARGE envelopes, Walsall gravure printed 3/31/09 self-adhesive non-water soluble gum, iridescent "Royal Mail" wavy overprint, from a pane of four (F) imbedded source code "FOYA", no imbedded year code, security slit type 2 (wide break at top and bottom of the ovals), simulated 14¾x14 perforations with syncopated elliptical double perforation space quarter way from the bottom on left and right sides, bright blue, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: $2.90, nicely centered, large, heavy, hollowed-out, circular, three-quarter socked-on-the-nose cancellation over the main image, good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
