Great Britain, Scott #MH428, 2013 used Machin on paper, Non-Value Indicated (NVI) 1st class mail Large envelopes, De La Rue gravure printed 4/2/2013, self-adhesive non-water soluble gum, iridescent "Royal Mail" wavy overprint, no imbedded source code, imbedded 2013 year code as "MA13", security slit type 2a (small break at top and bottom of the ovals), simulated 14¾x14 perforations with syncopated elliptical double perforation space quarter way from the bottom on left and right sides, bright red, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: $1.50, nicely centered, series of short dotted line cancellations at lower left corner of the stamp and well clear of the main image, good perforations, stamp was issued on pressure-sensitive non-water soluble adhesive panes, the stamp was removed from the mailing envelope using a Bestine solvent and placed on a rectangular piece of black card stock for an attractive and uniform album appearance, this is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer, the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
