Greenland 1942 DANMARKIMUT Charity Stamp Cinderella Seal BLOCK VF-NH. 4 x Daka #1c perforated on 4 sides .In Greenland domestic mail was free of postage from 1938 to 1958. Nevertheless the authorities requested that all official mail in Greenland should be franked with the Danmarkimut seal from March 1944 till the end of the war in May 1945.Pursuant to the guidelines for all sales of tangible goods, taxes will be collected and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities.
