May be some wear on the 3 ring holesBOTH ARE FIRST DAY OF ISSUE OF THE 5c Stamps.....Handcolored by Collector...........................8 1/2 x 11" Pages......IT APPEARS THESE WERE COLLECTED BY HELEN BEGLEY OF SAINT LOUIS. I see one signed to her by Artopages A A Weigel and some of the First Day Covers are addressed to her. I'm assuming she was the artist, but don't know that specifically...............NOT SEEN OR RARELY SEEN. MAY BE ONE OF A KIND BECAUSE OF THE HANDPAINTING!........GREAT ARTWORK BY ARTOPAGES!..........Just bought 800 Artopages with Mounted FDCs and Mint Plate Blocks and Singles. MUCH WITH HANDPAINTED HAND TINTING , SOME LATER ARE BLACK AND WHITE. I Believe the painting was done by the collector and not by the company so not commonly seen!.....Commemoratives, Airmails and Stationery from 1935 to 1974 or so.....................
