Item Description
Israel Scott #132, souvenir sheet issue to commemorate Tabil, the yearly Israel National Philatelic Exhibition. This year's stamp should be perforated into 4 sections; sheet has the zodiac constellations with each section having a face value of 100-400. However, because of a printing error that affected almost all the Tabil stamps, perforations were NOT made. The sheet cannot easily be broken down in to 4 sections, and had to be cut with scissors for removal from the stamp roll.Sheet is 4.0" x 4.0"
