Italy Roman States 1867 Scott # 16 and # 17 Unused . these are REPRINTS Kingdom of Italy ,Stati Romani , Roman States Please see the Pictures of front and back The # 16 has a thin in the middle ,but # 17 feared better and it has only a hinge remnant. both have gum on the back. IF ?? these were Originals they would catalog $390.00 **** But again, these are REPRINTS alththough done quite a while ago. SOLD AS IS AS DESCRIBED and AS PICTURED.
