Four fantasy stamps showing Mad magazine’s Alfred E. Neuman as Uncle Sam, George Washington, the statue of Abraham Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial, and on Mount Rushmore. They are denominated 0¢ and three of them are inscribed “Bogus Postage”, “Insufficient Postage”, “No Postage”, and “Postage Due”.
These stamps were published in _Mad Collector’s Series #7_ in 1994. They are gummed (dry gum) and rouletted.
