This has a red cancel (maybe Larut 1 from 1882) (see third photo) and also a B172 spiderweb cancel. Scott #2, catalog value $90.00. Stanley Gibbons #5.   1881 "PERAK" on Straits 2c brown wmk Crown CC. Wood Fig 5. "PERAK" in large thick roman capitals (Setting of 60), 17x3.5 mm.
