Types are repeated again here: Types: * Mint, Never Hinged=Post Office Fresh! * Unused=Hinged to some degree. * Used=Postally, Favor, FDC or CTO. I do not combine orders. Each order is a separate action. I have for several months spent a number of hours on the phone with both the local and national desks of your United States Post Office and have received no satisfaction on the mailing of packages, which I have done without difficulty for over 30 years! I mail packages 1st class letter rate with insurance and tracking. I am told by the local and national offices that this both legal and okay, however, some Post Offices in the United States do their own thing and do not recognize this rate or class of mail. Some offices charge at a higher rate known as 1st class package with insurance and tracking. This costs $2.00 - $3.00 more per order. Some Hipstamp orders at some Post Offices are being charged this additional amount, even though the Oak Grove Missouri Post Office officials have approved the rate and the package. The problem is within your United States Post Office and its current, uneven administration of its own valid mailing programs! To avoid added charges to our customer at the delivery point, I am forced to raise our base postage rate. Please contact your post office and complain to them! Your complaint is with your USPS. It is okay to call them at Oak Grove, Missouri 64075, Dave, the postmaster at 816-690-3500.
