Item Description

Scott Catalogue Number: #B103*  (Appears lightly hinged in the upper right-side and center lower edge areas. Then secured in an old style mount wherein it seems to have become adhered to the upper mount edge.)

Color: Dark Green 

Condition: Mount staining upper edge and adherence damage upper left edge.
