Item Description

Scott Catalogue Number: #408**  (Vertical Centerline Block)

Issue Date: March 1912  (before Titanic's infamous voyage)

Color: Green

Condition: Sound.

Most, if not all stamps (especially 19th Century issues) listed are dipped and reviewed under a digital microscope and a high-powered UV light to verify condition. For the earlier issues, I have an extensive philatelic reference library as well as a colleague/friend who certifies U.S. material for the Philatelic Foundation, PSAG, and APEX, and will proffer his opinion, too.
