Angel and Map Set

Scott Catalogue Number: #371** to #374**   (NGAI)

Issue Date: Oct. 7, 1990 (immediately after the USSR broke up)

Colors: Green, Brown Violet, Blue, and Red

Condition: Sound.

Most, if not all stamps (especially 19th Century issues) listed are dipped and reviewed under a digital microscope and a high-powered UV light to verify condition. For the earlier issues, I have an extensive philatelic reference library as well as a colleague/friend who certifies U.S. material for the Philatelic Foundation, PSAG, and APEX, and will proffer his opinion, too.
