Very interesting and collectible specialist item, for reference collection - a forged black overprint over the green surcharge (Scott 15), trying to be the rare Scott #16. Note that this stamp has a thin, evident from photo of back.  Sold for reference and study purposes.  I can post better photos or scans upon request if you have questions about colors on any item.
