Item Description

This stamp stumped me for awhile. It is wmk 61 which makes it Scott 198.........
It is perf 13.5 on the vertical and perf 13-14 on the horizontals ie one of each.
The gum is MNH** but is disturbed top perfs got stuck to an album page,
Notes in the selvage are incorrect. this is the first printing.
It is an unused plate number single. It is a beautiful design.
