SG 1143 and 1144 were earlier issues to meet the then existing requirements. SG1143 is overprinted 7c on the 3c SG1010 and SG1144 is overprinted 8c on the 4c G 1011. Paste-ups appear were multiple stamp sheets are stuck together using the selvage so that rolls of the coil stamps can be produced usingstamp sheets existing in stock.
