I believe 1075c is for a booklet; 1075a is for a single from that booklet. To be either of those catalog numbers, I believe that at least one side needs to be imperforate. You may want to check your listing as this looks like 1075

Have searched again and find 3 different issues. Have checked my stamp, was perf. 14 and then Sc.#1075 is correct.

You can send a list of missing stamps. Germany is my main part on hipstamps. Other stamps are used and some mnh.
