Postmark reads May 11, 1936 (Ship sailed on May 12, 1936) from Lakehurst New Jersey. Text reads "Lakehurst Trans-Atlantic -Frankfurt-am-Main" first flight. Back stamped with proper Hindenburg Luftschiff cancel with interesting notation concerning the crash and burning of the Hindenburg on May 6, 1937.
