Item Description

This scarce stamp shows the constant plate flaw from Row 8, Column 2 with the "R" a bit smashed down. Unused but toned gum (see photos). Only 3,024 printed of normal. Scott #34, catalog value $85.00++. Stanley Gibbons #51. Wood Figure 25: "PERAK" in thin roman capitals; "Two CENTS" in thick roman (occurs in Rows 8-9); 1891 "PERAK Two CENTS" on Straits 24c green.
