DESCRIPTION: A 1919 zinc plate issue, Revenue stamp. Emailed M. Sadri, expert. It's real/valid-price is up to the buyer-the stamp does have a nial mark at center bottom. This is from the printing process-Nice find for that discriminating collector/specialist. It's the first one I have had in 25 years. Top edge was cut by scissors due to off set of perfs-this is as found by me- SEE PICTURES FOR INFO--

Shipping:

All stamps are place in a white No. 10, 4 1/8" x 9 1/2". I hand write your address on the envelope as it is on the Invoice that I get from HIP. . Make sure its where you want the stamp to end up.  I will COMBINE items, but I can not put 50-102 cards in a No. 10 envelope. Larger items will require larger envelopes.
