Condition:  fresh, og/hinged mint pair of perf 12 set of rizal regular issue stamps, hand stamped with 'o.B.' overprints in with 2 different orientations as shown...Very rare varieties that never come to market...A wonderful item for a world class collection or exhibit...Impossible to find and impossible to find in this day and age...
