Catalog value $10.00 (1982) per Dr. S.E.R. Hiscocks in his "Telegraph Seals - A World Catalog". Single Filipino Revolutionary Government telegraph stamp (Hiscocks catalog #H90) in used, fine condition. This stamp is not listed in the Scott catalog. Slight discoloration from a hinge on the back, otherwise no flaws noted. Bright blue color. White wove paper, lithographed, no watermark, perf 11-1/2.
