There are 16 chapters on a variety of topics including description of first UN postage stamps, meters, the UPU, negotiation between the UN and UPU, designers of UN stamps, the stamp producers, how UN stamps are made, operations of the UN postal admin, catalogue of UN stamps and postal stationery, and various countries that honor UN with stamps. There is a large colored page that unfolds from the first page with all the flags of UN countries.
