Scott #98a footnote, catalog value $80.00. (Scott 2023 lists as $800.00, but I think its a typo, for $80). Michel #BL3Ba, catalog value 60.00 euros. Mint never hinged (MNH/MUH). See photo of back. This is the scarcer imperforated MS, overprinted for Gemini rendezvous on ITU issue.  See my other listing for the perforated one.  Nice topical of satellites, communications, and oddly enough, sports, with Tokyo Olympics emblem on the 1r value.
