Item Description
This two-color printed cachet designed for the AFDCS Cachetmakers Series in 2000 celebrating the Pacific Coast Rain Forest issue in the Nature of America series. These FDCs are all sold out from the AFDCS.All 10 species included in the stamps from the sheet are depicted here in slickers and rain hats! The cachet is printed in yellow and blue inks on a grayish envelope.
The stamps that frank the cover show the Roosevelt Elk, theWinter Wren, and the Cutthroat Trout - which are also present in the cachet, but dressed more appropriately for the RAIN Forest!
