METER STAMP: TYPE F; Experimental Flying Eagle meter stamp, (IMC #FB1.1.), the awkward "Flying Eagle facing front" design was only used in three machines (it looks more like a dove), this exact design was used only on machine #90011, tested for Pitney-Bowes by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1934, strip has a soft corner at LR, couple of tiny scuffs, sm flaws, still for this incredibly scarce item (listed as R in the catalog) it is quite acceptable, unusual offering, Fine -VF.I combine shipping. Just ask.
